DAVID STUCKEY has been promoted to GM of CURTIS MEDIA GROUP News/Talk WPTF-A/RALEIGH after spending a year as GSM. He'll report directly to CMG executive VP/COO PHIL ZACHARY.

"DAVID has spent the last 12 months learning the intricacies of a very complex radio station with a vital mission and a huge staff," said ZACHARY. "WPTF-A is arguably among the most important radio stations in the southeast, and DAVID is the ideal person to champion its ninth decade of service to NORTH CAROLINA listeners."

STUCKEY said, "I am very excited and honored to be entrusted with a station that has the heritage of WPTF-A and am looking forward to guiding it for years to come."
