BIG MACHINE RECORDS/NASHVILLE taps KELLY RICH for VP/Sales & Mktg. duties. She comes from UMG/NASHVILLE, where she served as VP/Sales. Prior to that she worked with BIG MACHINE Pres./CEO SCOTT BORCHETTA at DREAMWORKS in the same capacity.
