EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying another signal in the HARRISBURG, PA market with the purchase of Rock WTPA/PALMYRA, PA from PATRICK H. SICKAFUS for $700,000.  EMF owns Contemporary Christian WKHW (K-LOVE)/HALIFAX, PA, which rimshots HARRISBURG from the north.

In other filings with the FCC, ROBERT J INGSTAD 's KKAA, LLC is selling Silent KKAA-A/ABERDEEN, SD to  I3G RADIO, LLC, owned by himself and siblings TODD INGSTAD and TALLIE COLVILLE for $60,000.

SEAFORD MEDIA, LLC has requested Silent STAs for WSUX-A/SEAFORD, DE and WSUX-F/SNOW HILL, MD while the sale of the stations pends.  SEAFORD sold WSUX-F to A. WRAY FITCH III and GREG BOJKO's GSB MEDIA, LLC for $262,500 (keeping the Adult Hits format and moving it to newly-acquired WAMS/NEWARK, MD) and WSUX-A-W230CO to RUBY J. LOPEZ for $150,000.

LUNA FOODS, INC. has applied for an STA to operate K298AZ/SANTA ROSA from an alternate site due to the wildfires; the alternate site requires a waiver due to potential second- and third-adjacent-channel interference but the applicant maintains that the affected area lacks significant population.

And ARTHUR LYNESS has closed on the sale of Country WULK/CRAWFORDVILLE, GA to WYCHE SERVICES CORPORATION in exchange for the seller borrowing $45,000 in a promissory note plus an LMA before closing and a $600/month consulting contract.
