WBT/Charlotte Seeks New PD As Jason Furst, Host Scott Fitzgerald Exit

ALL ACCESS has confirmed that PD JASON FURST and midday host SCOTT FITZGERALD have exited ENTERCOM News-Talk WBT-A-F/CHARLOTTE.  FURST joined WBT in 2012 from iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk WHAM-A and Sports WHTK-A/ROCHESTER and previously programmed at iHEARTMEDIA's SYRACUSE stations.  FITZGERALD has been at WBT since JANUARY 2017.

The station is actively seeking a new PD.  Applicants must be proven managers with a strong news background, including both news department management and on-air experience; Great written and verbal communication skills and the highly developed ability for creative and innovative imaging are essential, as are a track record of recruiting, coaching and mentoring on-air talk hosts and a working knowledge of digital assets.
