Singer/TV personality RAY J has signed a $31 million deal with COWBOY WHOLESALE. The arrangement secures the launch of his new electronics transportation brand RAYCON. His new partner is one of NEW YORK’s top consumer electronics distributors.
RAY J said, “The world is moving towards renewable green energy, and electric transportation is a big part of that. With the RAYCON movement, we are going to make sure we are one of the first ones there.”
RAY J will take an active full-time overseeing marketing and global branding strategy. The deal is in the form of equity and cash. As the exclusive distributor of RAYCON products, COWBOY WHOLESALE will market RAYCON through its global logistics and distribution channels, including the UNITED STATES, ASIA, and EUROPE.
