CLEAR CHANNEL is flipping Urban WBUV (V104.9)/BILOXI to News-Talk as NEWSRADIO 104.9 effective MONDAY (10/17). Sister Country WKNN (K-99.1) PD KIPP GREGORY takes over the PD reins at the new station, while middayer BOB DEVER takes over the PD post at K-99.1.
