SiriusXMU Hires Chris Muckley As PD

CHRIS MUCKLEY checks in with ALL ACCESS to confirm he has accepted the PD post at Alternative Indie Rock SiriusXMU, effective MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20th.  MUCKLEY will be reporting to VP/Production And Music Programming ROB CROSS, who will relinquish PD duties of the Indie Rock channel. MUCKLEY joined SIRIUSXM in MAY 2015.  He will continue to host afternoons on Triple A THE SPECTRUM, SATURDAY evenings on Triple A/Eclectic Rock THE LOFT, and SUNDAY mornings on SiriusXMU.

“Working at SIRIUSXM has already been quite invigorating, and I’m excited to step into this programming role," MUCKLEY told ALL ACCESS. "It will be an honor to work even more closely with ROB CROSS, STEVE BLATTER, and the other fine members of the programming staff, as well as the passionate and dedicated jocks on XMU."

In addition to SIRIUSXM, MUCKLEY spent the past six years at SANTA MONICA COLLEGE Non-Comm KCRW/SANTA MONICA-LOS ANGELES as an on-air host and talent-development consultant, and also worked in music supervision for film, TV and ads.  He previously spent nearly two decades at Alternative XETRA (91X)/SAN DIEGO in on-air and Music Director roles.
