HUNT COUNTY RADIO, LLC is selling Classic Country KGVL-A/GREENVILLE, TX and Country KIKT (93.5 THE COYOTE)/COOPER, TX to E RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $500,000 plus an LMA before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, UNIVISION RADIO STATIONS GROUP, INC. has filed for an STA to operate Spanish News-Talk WAQI-A (RADIO MAMBI)/MIAMI with reduced power from its new site while the diplexing with sister Spanish News-Talk-Sports WQBA-A is installed and completed.

CUMULUS LICENSING LLC has applied for an STA to operate AC WNCV (COAST 93.3)/SHALIMAR-FORT WALTON BEACH, FL at reduced power due to a problem with the station's combiner.

The IDAHO STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION (BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY) has requested an STA to operate Classical KBSW/TWIN FALLS, ID with reduced power due to failure of the power divider.

SVI MEDIA LLC has filed for a Silent STA for K294CN/HOBACK JUNCTION, WY after losing its site.

RUBY RADIO CORPORATION has closed on the sale of a tower in ELKO, NV to AMERICAN TOWER CORP. for an undisclosed price.  KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the deal.

And in a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying Hot AC WJKE (101.3 THE JOCKEY)/STILLWATER-ALBANY, NY from EMPIRE BROADCASTING for $550,000.  MICHAEL J. BERGNER is serving as broker for the deal.

The FCC also issued a Notice of Violation to EAST ARKANSAS BROADCASTERS, INC. for non-working lighting on a tower in JONESBORO, AR.  The tower is the antenna structure for EAST ARKANSAS BROADCASTERS' Top 40 KIYS (101.7 KISS FM), Rock K231BV-KIYS-HD2 (94.1 THE BUZZ), News-Talk K267AS (simulcast of KBTM-A), and Contemporary Christian K250BH-KIYS-HD3 (K-LOVE)/WALNUT RIDGE-JONESBORO.
