NORTHSHIRE COMMUNICATIONS Alternative WEQX/MANCHESTER, VT-ALBANY, NY middayer LUKE GELHEISER rises to MD.  He replaces KIM NEATON, who stepped down over the SUMMER (NET NEWS, 6/20).  LUKE previously did nights at WEQX before making the move to middays.
