Talk KFCD-A/DALLAS and the CP for KHSE-A (on 700 AM) were auctioned off and the winner turned out to be the creditor. D.B. ZWIRN SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND, the financial company that backed DAVE SCHUM's THE WATCH LTD. and was owed nearly $8 million on the properties, bid $9 million to take over the station, pending judicial approval.
