KPWR (Power 106)/Los Angeles' Ashley Dingess Headed To Mad Decent Records

MERUELO MEDIA Top 40/Rhythmic KPWR (POWER 106)/LOS ANGELES Social Media Manager ASHLEY DINGESS is stepping down to take her talents to MAD DECENT RECORDS.  DINGESS takes over as Digital Platform Strategist where she will be leading strategy for digital platforms, partnerships, and online marketing initiatives. DINGESS will also be creating pitches to secure placements for MAD DECENT artists with SPOTIFY, APPLE MUSIC, YOUTUBE, AMAZON, and other services. 

DINGESS has been with POWER 106 since JUNE 2013.  Prior to her move to POWER 106, DINGESS served as the Content Producer for then-CCM+E/LOS ANGELES Alternative KYSR (98.7 FM) and Hot AC KBIG (104.3 MY-FM). 

DINGESS commented, "It wasn't an easy decision to leave POWER, but in the five years I was there as Social Media Manager, I was able to take their social media reach from about 150,000 to over 1.5 million, making POWER the most socially followed radio station on the WEST COAST. It was amazing to be able to build a strong team to reflect the amazing on air brand on social media. Working at POWER taught me so much and having such epic talent to promote made my job fun and challenging."
