The FCC has proposed a $15,000 fine against JUAN CARLOS URIBE for operating an unlicensed radio station in VAN NUYS, CA, in LOS ANGELES' SAN FERNANDO VALLEY.
URIBE is accused of operating a pirate station on 101.5 FM and disregarding a warning from the FCC by continuing to broadcast, returning on 95.1 FM.
