96 K-Rock Listeners Wrestle In Gravy For Cash Prize

BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP Active Rock WRXK (96 K-ROCK)/FT. MYERS, FL recently completed its annual Gravy Wrestling Pre-THANKSIVING party and awarded the $1,000 Grand prize to 96 K-ROCK listener COLLEEN WEBER.

PD JEFF ZITO told ALL ACCESS, "Gravy wrestling is a phenomenon me and my former on-air partner BOB GARRETT created about 10 years ago. We also had a gravy drinking contest because of GARRETT's love of gravy. Since his passing last year, we retired the gravy drinking contest, crowning GARRETT as "The Worlds Greatest Gravy Drinker."  

The Pre-THANKSIVING Gravy Wrestling party features only women and the events popularity has grown over the years. The last video of the event captured on YOUTUBE had over 1.4 million hits. Check it out here.
