The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of experience, though Country knowledge is not required; never misses a local news story with on-air potential; has his or her finger on the pulse of KNOXVILLE; lives for booking the "un-gettable" guest; has production skills for building bits, parody songs, imaging, and more; is social media savvy; serves as a great phone screener; and is highly organized and detail oriented.
