Saga Declares Quarterly, Special Dividends

SAGA COMMUNICATIONS' Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 30 cents per share and a special cash dividend of 80 cents per share on its Class A and Class B shares.
The dividends will be payable JANUARY 5th to shareholders of record on DECEMBER 18th. The aggregate amount of 2017 dividends will be approximately $11.8 million.
