ALL ACCESS has learned that MIDWEST FAMILY BROADCASTING in SPRINGFIELD, IL has restructured it's programming responsibilities with FM Operations Dir./News-Talk WMAY-A PD KEN CARSON taking over PD/afternoons for Rock WQLZ replacing former PD/PM-driver WES STYLES, who has exited the station.
