OCTOBER radio revenue at JOURNAL COMMUNICATIONS rose 3.4% year-to-year to $6.89 million, boosted by political advertising ($230,000) as well as growth in national and developmental advertising.
The company's overall revenues jumped 16.1% to $47.24 million, with the company's newspaper division dropping, but television increasing 43.3% on a same-station basis and 114.1% including new acquisitions.
