SEARCY BROADCASTING INC. is selling Regional Mexican KZTD-A (LA MAQUINA MUSICAL)/CABOT, AR-LITTLE ROCK to JOE KAUFMAN and ARIK LEV's NEW WORLD LLC for $190,000 ($9,500 cash deposit, $140,500 cash, and a $40,000 promissory note). The buyer has taken over the statoon's operation in a time brokerage agreement.
