WFAN/New York's Mike Francesa Hangs Up The Headphones Today

As MIKE FRANCESA confirmed back in SEPTEMBER (NET NEWS 9/19), TODAY (12/15) will be his final broadcast on [now] ENTERCOM Sports WFAN-A-F/NEW YORK.

YESTERDAY (12/14), ON The day before the show ending his 30-year run, FRANCESA broadcast his show from the PALEY CENTER FOR MEDIA in MANHATTAN. Many celebrity guests called in or stopped by to bid him farewell, including JIM NANTZ, DAN PATRICK, LAWRENCE TAYLOR, ELI MANNING, BOBBY VALENTINE, WILLIE RANDOLPH, REGIS PHILBIN and CHRIS “MAD DOG” RUSSO.
