Alpha Media/Far East Bay Hosts 4th Annual Wayne Coy’s Toys Radiothon

ALPHA MEDIA/FAR EAST BAY, CA., hosted their 4th Annual "WAYNE COY’s Toys Radiothon" on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15th and SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16th. Over $3,000 and 1,700 toys were collected.

COY, along with Hot AC KKIQ and AC KKDV’s MEL MCKAY were live from STONERIDGE SHOPPING CENTER encouraging listeners to donate new, unwrapped toys for local foster kids with a goal to “stuff a bus” that WHEELS/LIVERMORE-AMADOR VALLEY TRANSIT AUTHORITY (LAVTA) donated to the event.

Content Director JIM HAMPTON commented, “We are proud to live in a community that comes together in times of need to help those who need it most. It warms our hearts to touch so many young lives and make their CHRISTMAS brighter."
