MTS BROADCASTING, L.C. is selling Country WAAI/HURLOCK, MD; Adult Standards WCEM-A and Top 40 WCEM-F (106.3 THE HEAT)/CAMBRIDGE, MD; and Oldies WTDK (107.1 THE DUCK)/FEDERALSBURG, MD to WBOC, INC. for $700,000. The buyer owns CBS affiliate WBOC-TV-FOX affiliate WBOC-DT2 (FOX 21)-ANTENNA TV affiliate WBOC-DT3/SALISBURY, MD and AC WBOC-F/PRINCESS ANNE, MD.
