RAY CARPENTER's TRI-STAR MEDIA, LLC as part of a previously-filed deal that also sold the construction permit for a new AM (KZEZ-A) in SANTA CLARA to TRI-STAR for a total of $12,500 plus forgiveness of a loan made by the buyer to ROCKWELL MEDIA SERVICES.

In other filings with the FCC, SWARTZ CREEK RADIO is assigning low power FM WMRP-LP/MUNDY TOWNSHIP, MI to SWC CONCERTS, INC. for no consideration.

ESTUARDO VALDEMAR RODRIGUEZ AND LEONOR RODRIGUEZ has applied for an STA to return WGSB-A/MEBANE, NC to the air with reduced power nondirectionally due to damage to the station's directional antenna system.  The station, silent since last JANUARY 13th, says it is "not economically feasible" to repair the antenna system to allow for directional operation at this time.  The RODRIGUEZes have also applied for a Silent STA for WSRP-A/JACKSONVILLE,  NC due to power supply issues.

And COOL RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of Alternative KZYR (97.7 THE ZEPHYR)/AVON-VAIL, CO, Triple A KKVM (104.7 THE MILE)/VAIL, CO, and booster KKVM-FM3/DILLON, CO to ROCKY MOUNTAIN RADIO GROUP LLC for $1 million.
