  CUMULUS MEDIA Classic Hits WVBO/APPLETON-OSHKOSH welcomes morning man CHUCK LAKEFIELD back on the air. On DECEMBER 2nd, CHUCK fell ill and his better half, BARBARA -- a former CNA -- suspected heart issues. Sure enough, there were three blockages that precipitated a heart attack. He had open heart surgery on DEC. 5th.
  
  Fortunately, the recovery went better than doctors expected; they sent him home and subsequently, back on the air.
