Longtime promotion vet JON SCOTT has just written and released his latest book, 'Tom Petty And Me,' is now available on a special pre-sale shipping order price of $19.76 at www.TomPettyAndMe.com. The price coincides with the year of the release date of the first TOM PETTY AND THE HEARTBREAKERS Album. 

SCOTT, who played a vital role in TOM PETTY's career, wrote a book about his adventures with TOM for the last 40 years. "On October 2nd, 2017, I, along with millions of others, heard the tragic news that Tom Petty had suffered a massive heart attack and died the following day," he wrote on his tribute page. "TOM and I had been friends for 40 years. Just a week before his untimely death, in TPTHBs' final show at the HOLLYWOOD BOWL, he dedicated a song, “Won’t Back Down” to me and my passion for this band early in their career.
