WNZR Celebrates 20 Years

Contemporary Christian WNZR (90.9)/VERNON, OH, celebrated its 20th anniversary NOVEMBER 10-11 during the annual MOUNT VERNON NAZARENE UNIVERSITY (MVNU) homecoming festivities. The station broadcast live for 20 hours at the PRINCE STUDENT UNION to celebrate its 20th year of broadcasting to the KNOX COUNTY community. The broadcast showcased WNZR’s current on-air staff, new MVNU students studying broadcasting and alumni.

“God has richly blessed this radio ministry over the past two decades and we want to personally thank the KNOX COUNTY community. The partnership of our listeners and business donors has been the inspiration for our continued growth. We are excited to see what God has in store for the next 20 years,” says Station Manager MARCY RINEHART, MVNU Class of 1991.
