The "other station" in the four-AM-station News-Talk "TALK OF CONNECTICUT" simulcast has now been accounted for in CONNOISSEUR MEDIA LICENSES, LLC's sale of its HARTFORD cluster, with WWCO-A and W292FI/WATERBURY, CT going to DAVID WEBSTER's TRIGNITION MEDIA, LLC for $260,000.   The other three stations in the simulcast, WDRC-A/HARTFORD, WSNG-A/TORRINGTON, and WMMW-A/MERIDEN were sold to RED WOLF BROADCASTING along with Classic Rock WDRC-F/HARTFORD and W272DO/NEW HAVEN to RED WOLF BROADCASTING for $8 million.

In other filings with the FCC, COLUMBIA FM, INC. is selling Classic Rock WMMZ (CLASSIC ROCK 103.5)/BERWICK, PA to BOLD GOLD MEDIA WBS, L.P. for $700,000.

NORTHWEST COMMUNITY COLLEGE, STATE OF WYOMING is transferring noncommercial KNWT/CODY, WY to the UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING for no monetary consideration.

The paperwork has been filed in the previously-announced sale by DALY XXL COMMUNICATIONS LLC of WMEX-A/BOSTON to ED PERRY's MARSHFIELD BROADCASTING CO., INC., confirming the reported $125,000 sale price.

And SOUTHWEST FM BROADCASTING CO., INC. has closed on the sale of Beautiful Music KAHM/SPRING VALLEY, AZ and K269EE/PRESCOTT, AZ to PHOENIX RADIO BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.7 million while SOUTHWEST BROADCASTING COMPANY, an affiliate of the same seller, has closed on the sale of news-Talk KYCA (THE NEWS)/PRESCOTT and K246BI/WINSLOW, AZ to PHOENIX RADIO BROADCASTING, LLC for $800,000.
