HUBBARD News WTOP/WASHINGTON will receive the NAB Crystal Heritage Award at the new "We Are Broadcasters Celebration," APRIL 10th at the NAB SHOW in LAS VEGAS. WTOP will be the seventh station to be honored with the special award in the Crystal Awards' 31-year history.
