BMI promotes Sr. Dir./Latin Music DELIA ORJUELA to Asst. VP/Writer-Publisher Relations. ORJUELA will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Latin songwriters, composers and publishers throughout the AMERICAS. Additionally, she will oversee BMI's annual LATIN AWARDS ceremony.
