VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC is selling K292GW/BOULDER, CO and K270CM/PUEBLO, CO to PUBLIC BROADCASTING OF COLORADO, INC. (COLORADO PUBLIC RADIO) for $80,000.  The translators will rebroadcast noncommercial News-Talk KCFC-A/BOULDER and KKPC-A/PUEBLO (COLORADO NEWS), respectively.

In other filings with the FCC, MEADE COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WMMG-A/BRANDENBURG, KY due to transmitter problems.

JYH BROADCASTING has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KNOB/HEALDSBURG, CA due to loss of programming.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has filed for an STA to operate WKVU/UTICA, NY with reduced power due to transmitter problems.

PROMISE RADIO GROUP, LLC has closed on the transfer of Contemporary Christian KETE (THE WAY 99.7 FM)/SULPHUR BLUFF, TX  to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. for forgiveness of $185.940 debt.
