MERUELO MEDIA/LOS ANGELES SVP/Market Manager VAL MAKI and VP/Sales JANET BRAININ have resigned. ALL ACCESS has learned that MERUELO MEDIA Pres./COO OTTO PADRON will step in as Market Manager for now. 

MAKI remained with the cluster after EMMIS sold it for $82.75 Million to MERUELO. She had been with EMMIS  (left) famously spent 30 years with EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS for close to 3 decades, 2 of those with KPWR (POWER 106)/LOS ANGELES.
