DELL GOETZ has been named Dir./New Media Business for CBS RADIO/SACRAMENTO. He was previously GSM at SACRAMENTO station KSFM and prior to that for KZZO. DELL will continue his duties as GSM for KSFM in addition to his new responsibilities.
