ST. CLAIR COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE is transferring noncommercial Variety WSGR-F/PORT HURON, MI to ST. CLAIR COUNTY REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AGENCY for no payment.
In other filings with the FCC, SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has applied for an STA to operate Contemporary Christian WPRJ (RADIO U)/COLEMAN, MI at reduced power due to a power supply failure.
RADIO SHARON FOUNDATION has filed for an STA to operate W235CN/PROVIDENCE at reduced power while it investigates interference complaints.
And HANMI BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of WJZA-A (formerly WPBC-A)/DECATUR-ATLANTA, GA to DAVIS BROADCASTING OF ATLANTA, L.L.C. for $150,000.
The Commission also granted a waiver of the Travelers Information Station power limits to MENTOR, OH, where the city's TIS on 1620 AM, using the 10 watt maximum power, will be allowed to exceed the 2 mV/m field strength limit at 1.5 kilometers from the transmitter to allow for a single station to cover the entire Headlands area of town without need to install two separate TIS transmitters.
