WTF?

WESTWOOD ONE and WJFK (FREE FM 106.7)/WASHINGTON afternoon team DON AND MIKE have been in "best of" mode since NOVEMBER 10th, when DON told listeners that technical problems with the show would necessitate coming off the air until repairs could be made (they were briefly back the following MONDAY [11/13] but again walked off).

Since then, it's been one rerun after another, and the team's website home page now sports the simple, large, red headline "WTF?" The show recently moved from WJFK's FAIRFAX studios to new ROCKVILLE, MD digs, but the reason for the crew's absence remains unclear -- suspension, stunt, or simple tech problems -- as does a date for their return.
