Larsa Comunicaciones Takes Over XHLNC/Tecate-San Diego, Goes Spanish Adult Hits As 'Toño 104.9'

LARSA COMUNICACIONES has taken over programming on XHLNC (XLNC1)/TECATE-SAN DIEGO and has replaced the noncommercial Classical programming formerly aired on the FM signal with its Spanish Adult Hits format as TOÑO 104.9.

Owner MARTHA MARGARITA BARBA DE LA TORRE moved the Classical format back to online-only status, originally targeting MARCH 1st (NET NEWS 2/12) but hanging on until MARCH 2nd; LARSA took over programming on SATURDAY (3/3).  The station is a noncommercial "social" license and LARSA, which is a commercial station operator, is operating the signal noncommercially.
