KUPL Raises 28,000 Meals For Area Homeless

CBS RADIO Country KUPL/PORTLAND, OR raised over 28,000 hot meals for the homeless in the area. The station held its "KUPL FEED THE HUNGRY RADIO-A-THON" to benefit the PORTLAND RESCUE MISSION. "I'm amazed by the generosity of our listeners," commented KUPL PD JOHNNY PAUL. The event was the station's second annual, raising over $62,000 for the RESCUE MISSION in 13 hours.
