LOCAL RADIO NETWORKS (LRN) and SMARTS BROADCAST SYSTEMS have entered into an arrangement that makes delivery of LRN’s  localized 24/7 music formats compatible with the SMARTS Skylla System and available to all SMARTS Skylla affiliates.
