The paperwork for the sale of WIMS-A/MICHIGAN CITY, IN to RIC, MARC, and SCOTT FEDERIGHI's GERARD MEDIA LLC by VAZQUEZ DEVELOPMENT LLC has been filed with the FCC, and it shows that the buyers are getting WIMS in exchange for their 45% interest in the seller, and the buyer will get $335,000 in the exchange.
The buyer is operating WIMS under an LMA, and the seller is retaining sister Oldies WJOB-A/HAMMOND, IN.
