Price Tag For CC Fargo Sale: $14M

The previously announced deal for CLEAR CHANNEL to sell seven FARGO market stations to JIM INGSTAD's RADIO FARGO-MOORHEAD INC. has been filed with the FCC, revealing that INGSTAD is paying $14 million for the cluster and that the buyer is spinning off Country KFAB (OUTLAW 92.7 COUNTRY)/KINDRED-FARGO, acquired in the transaction, to NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE as a donation plus a $500,000 tower rent credit. 

INGSTAD is buying Talk KFGO-A, Sports KVOX-A (1280 THE FAN), Country KDAM (104.7 THE WOLF), Soft AC KRVI (THE RIVER 95.1), Classic Hits KKBX (101.9 THE BOX), and Top 40 WDAY-F (Y-94) in the deal.
