MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING Rock WIRX (ROCK 107) and Hot AC WCXT (98.3 THE COAST)/BENTON HARBOR-ST. JOSEPH, MI PD and Mgr./Digital Media ZACK EAST is moving up to Regional Manager/Digital And Technical Operations for the company's SOUTH BEND-SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN markets. EAST will remain on the air on THE COAST in afternoons and on Classic Hits WZOC (Z94.3)/SOUTH BEND (the latter as "DAVE DIPAOLO").

That leaves EAST and the company looking for his own replacement as PD, responsible for the day-to-day operation of three of MID-WEST FAMILY's six formats, to be decided upon based on the selectee's experience in Country, Hot AC, Mainstream Rock, Classic Hits, News/Talk, and/or Sports. The job includes assisting the Dir./Programming & Content with management and coaching of morning shows and airstaff, imaging, digital/social media content, promotions, and other general assistance; a daily on-air shift; commercial production and digital advertising; remote management during unmanned hours; MUSICMASTER assistance; EAS scheduling and test execution; remote broadcast set-up assistance and performance; and championing the company's brands with airstaff, clients, listeners, shareholders/board, and sales.
