THE MARKETING GROUP/IMPACT RADIO NETWORKS announces CARL GEISLER as the newest addition to its Affiliate Relations department. GEISLER is currently the GM of KULM/KNRG/COLUMBUS, TX and KZAM/VICTORIA, TX.
