ALL ACCESS has learned that CUMULUS Classic Hits WOGB and sister Triple-A/Alternative WKRU/GREEN BAY, WI PD DAYTON KANE heads to the CUMULUS/APPLETON-OSHKOSH, WI cluster for OM duties where he will pick up day-to-day programming responsibilities for CUMULUS Country WPKR/APPLETON-OSHKOSH, WI. Concurrently, former WPKR PD EDGAR "EDDIE" YBARRA has segued to similar duties for Classic Rock WKRU/GREEN BAY while maintaining PD duties for Country sister WPCK/GREEN BAY. YBARRA joined CUMULUS in 2013 following time with TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO (NET NEWS 3/28/13); KANE has been with the company since late 2016 following his time at SCRIPPS Country WKTI/MILWAUKEE, where he served as PD (NET NEWS 11/28/16).
