It's a no-deal day in the FCC database TUESDAY morning (4/3), with no new deals showing up, nor closings.
In filings that did appear, CONNOISSEUR MEDIA LICENSES, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WBYN-A/LEHIGHTON, PA due to vandalism and theft of the station's ground system.
And MARANATHA ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for W219DT/NORTH BRANCH, MN while it completes weather-delayed construction on new facilities.
Also, the ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION's RODNEY HO reports that JOE WEBER's JW BROADCASTING is selling News-Talk WCFO-A/EAST POINT-ATLANTA to AMERICAN CATHOLIC RADIO for an undisclosed price. The deal has yet to appear in the Commission database.
BROADCAST SOUTH, LLC has turned in its license for WBHB-A/FITZGERALD, GA.
And the FCC has cancelled IVAN RENE MOORE's license for W273AT/MEQUON, WI after the Commission deemed MOORE's responses to a letter of inquiry about his red light status for delinquent debts to the Commission and the station being silent for 5 years were inadequate.
