The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) has added MILLY OLYKAN as VP/International Relations & Development and FALON KEITH as Grand Associate. OLYKAN joins from AEG PRESENTS/LONDON where she served as VP/Live Music & Major Arena Events. In her newly-created role, beginning mid-MAY, she will be based in NASHVILLE and will report to CMA CEO SARAH TRAHERN. KEITH segues to the CMA from YMCA OF MIDDLE TENNESSE where she worked to support the charitable efforts of the YMCA's development team as Admin./Philanthropy. As CMA Grant Associate, KEITH will manage the CMA FOUNDATION's relationships with grant recipients and assist in supporting the FOUNDATION's efforts and events as she reports to CMA Dir./Community Outreach TIFFANY KEARNS. 

"Expanding the reach of Country music globally has long been our focus at CMA," said TRAHERN. "We created this role to help focus an escalate these efforts on behalf of our industry. Our staff, community, and Board Of Directors have worked closely with MILLY since the inception of C2C in 2013.
