Cumulus/Appleton-Oshkosh Appoints Dayton Kane As OM, PD For Country WPKR, Alternative WWWX

As ALL ACCESS first reported yesterday (NET NEWS 4/2), CUMULUS Classic Hits WOGB and sister Triple-A/Alternative WKRU/GREEN BAY, WI PD DAYTON KANE has been upped to OM for the CUMULUS/APPLETON-OSHKOSH, WI cluster. Additionally, he will handle day-to-day PD duties for Country WPKR and Alternative WWWX. He fills the vacancy created at WWWX when GUY DARK departed last month (NET NEWS 3/6) and replaced EDGAR "EDDIE" YBARRA at WPKR; YBARRA heads to CUMULUS/GREEN BAY for day-to-day programming duties at Country WPCK and Classic Rock WKRU (NET NEWS 4/2).

"DAYTON has demonstrated strong programming leadership qualities and produced outstanding results within CUMULUS/WISCONSIN," said CUMULUS/APPLTON-OSHKOSH VP/Market Manager JOHN ROWE.
