HUBBARD RADIO has promoted MIDWEST Region National Sales Manager NANCY O’BRIEN to Dir./Sales for the CHICAGO cluster. In her new post, O’BRIEN will lead the sales department for WTMX, WDRV, WSHE and 2060 Digital.
