Moving Licenses To Corporate Name

COX is transferring the licenses of its radio stations from its CXR HOLDINGS LLC division to parent COX RADIO INC. 

In a separate filing, the license of WHDR/MIAMI is being transferred from COX RADIO-MIAMI LLC to COX RADIO INC. as well. The company filed an application with the FCC to make the pro forma moves, which do not make substantial changes in the licensee's ownership or control.
