BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE helped bring joy back to a seven year old child with a surprise after the boy's beloved dirtbike was stolen.

The syndicated morning man learned of the theft of avid rider TORRENCE BLAKE JR.'s dirtbike from the family garage MONDAY, and, struck by the bond between the boy and his father over dirtbiking, decided to take some action, contacting LAKELAND, FL's FUN BIKE CENTER and arranging for TORRENCE to be surprised on THURSDAY with a brand new bike.  TORRENCE SR. told BUBBA's TAMPA affiliate WWBA-A, “You brought my son CHRISTMAS in APRIL.”
