Longtime CBS News WBBM-A/CHICAGO morning news anchor FELICIA MIDDLEBROOKS has agreed to a multi-year contract extension with the station. MIDDLEBROOKS has handled mornings for WBBM for 22 years, since 2000 alongside PAT CASSIDY.

"This is my 30th year in the industry, and I count it both a privilege and a blessing to have not just survived, but thrived," MIDDLEBROOKS said. "After racking up 22 consecutive years in morning drive, I can tell you -- you don’t get much sleep, but it’s still a dream job and I still love it! This is home for me. I’m passionate about my work, and I look forward to the future -- covering the hard issues and supplying our listeners with the information they need to make informed decisions about their lives."
