18th Annual Watertown Radiothon For Kids Breaks Records

ALPHA MEDIA/WATERTOWN SC stations Country KSDR (NEW COUNTRY KS93), Country KDLO (BIG COUNTRY 96.9), and Hot AC KIXX hosted their 18th Annual “WATERTOWN RADIOTHON FOR KIDS.” A record-breaking blizzard blanketed WATERTOWN more than a foot of springtime snow, forcing them to end the event three hours earlier than scheduled.

Nevertheless, listeners and sponsors rallied and raised over $115,000!  All funds stay in SOUTH DAKOTA at their local CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK HOSPITAL to pay for equipment, training and programs that will benefit the thousands of children treated at SANFORD CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL each year.
