Jim Berk Exits CEO Post At PodcastOne

Less than two years after taking the CEO post at PODCASTONE, former PARTICIPANT MEDIA CEO JIM BERK has exited, reports DEADLINE.  BERK told DEADLINE that he will remain with the company as a consultant.  BERK joined PODCASTONE in JUNE 2016.

Executive Chairman NORM PATTIZ told DEADLINE that BERK's work with the company "has been pretty well completed. He wants to go on and examine some other things.”  He added that the company has retained J.P. MORGAN to evaluate options, saying that "we’ve been getting a lot of interest from suitors."
